    Led the department through CARF re-accreditation process and developed new computerized order entry sets for the department in addition to leading patient care.

  • Interventional Pain Management; Medical Director of Outpatient Pain Management Services / Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Philadelphia, PA / 2015 – 2017

    Introduced interventional pain management including radiofrequency ablation to the hospital for pain management procedures; as a part of this frequently performed genicular nerve ablations for patients not medically stable for elective joint replacements. Overhauled the standard of care for pain management, which consisted of instituting pain contracts, urine drug screen monitoring, and drug database searches.
